Don't think it's a brown recluse b/c they have 3 sets of eyes, whereas that pic seems to show a cluster in the center. Here's what I mean... this is a brown recluse:

May not be a brown recluse (Loxosceles reclusa)...

But it may be another spider in the Loxosceles genus. All are known for painful, necrotic bites.

Verdict: terminate with extreme prejudice.
