I accidently hit report on a post because my slow ass laptop hadnt fully rendered when I hit the touch pad. (Idaho-going blue thread)

If you don't get the pop up dialogue box asking you to give a reason for the report than you didn't really click on the report button. If you do not enter a reason and do not click OK then a report will not be submitted.
