will you really get as ripped or big as the say you will?
im on day 4 or a hybrid p90x and insanity its tough but will it work as good as the proclaim? |

It all depends on your level of fitness when you start, your dedication to eating healthy and how dedicated you stay to the program. I went from 218 down to about 190 in 90 days. I ate right and worked my ass off. I was sore as fuck for 60 days straight. Some of them I wasn't sure if I could walk. That was two years ago. I've been doing some form of p90x or another since then.

All depends on your intensity and diet. Get both those right, and you'll see the results. It's also imperative that your workout routine and diet complement your goals. If you're a skinny fuck and think you'll bulk up without tailoring the workout and meals towards that end, you won't get there. |
