Paypal is a financially successful affiliate of Ebay. The business model is simple - discourage any communications from the public that require any real thought because hiring thinking people costs money. If a representative of Paypal is capable of critical thought, the Company will be informed that one of its online forms is improperly designed. If not, well, there you go. |
