There's the little chain link symbol on the top (I'm using the WYSIWYG editor). Copy the url (website name) of the site you want to link, paste it in the top line of the box next to source. Then hit insert.

They are being assholes. The alt +4 thing just closes the current window. The system 32 thing will disable your computer's operating system
