You need it hosted somewhere.

Once its mosted click the Image button when you type your message and put the link to the photo in there

Go here.

Hit "Browse" and find your pic. Then when it loads, copy the "direct link" down at the bottom.

When you post it on ARFCOM, just hit the "IMAGE" button, and paste the link in there.

Are the .gif images, animated gifs, etc that people use done the same way?
