CJ A methamphetamine binge? No. Spent the night in bed with a girl with an awesome body....who didn't want to play at all. So.... Did you know that "blue balls" is a real condition? 
The prostate is a bladder of sorts, for prostatic fluid which is the largest volume component of semen. When you're aroused, production goes way up. When the prostate fills up completely, just like an overfull bladder, it hurts. It really does.
