If I believe I may be a debtor to an estate, do I have an obligation to do anything other than sit back and wait for the estate's representative to reach out to me?

Reach out to them. I've seen to many times of stuff getting transferred without all of the correct signatures. By then it's too late.

you misunderstood.....what if I *think* I may owe the decedent something that perhaps should be included in the estate?
