Do you know where the file is? It should be in C:\WINNT
Find the file and burn it onto a CD or a DVD.

right cllick on your desktop- go to properties and desktop and find the name of the pic.

It is saved on your computer....right-click desktop...properties..desktop...browse and see where it's at!
