I don't bother. I have a plow contract. If my driveway is clean, I'm happy.

I dug my way though a 4-foot drift today.  Shoveled for 11 hours over 2 days and still not done.   Too deep for my tractor to move it.

I've got a 500 yard driveway buried under 2' of snow, and a snowblower that won't start.

I can shovel it, wait for it to melt, or just pay someone to come remove about a billion tons of that stupid white shit.

You do the math.

Neighbor has been in AZ for a month with his camper and the dip decides to arrive back home the day after a blizzard.
He calls his Son-in-law and says you have to go over a shovel me out before I get home. Son-in-law told him to get a hotel
room for a few days so it can melt

I was pretty good on the snow a couple weeks ago, I shoveled until the shovel broke, so then I plowed with the atv.

Then it warmed up to about 40 and rained, then it froze, fuggit it will melt eventually, chipping ice on the walkway to the house is as far as I'm going unless I get the weed burner out.

I don't always shovel snow...

But when I do, my shovel has a cab, heat, and a diesel engine
