anyone else use it?
i have been useing gotoassist express at work. Im trying to do more on my own and getting new clients. Looking for another inexpensive ideas to connect to a computer without having to install much software i also use logmein for existing customers. |

It works well - I also have the app on the iPhone & iPad which has saved quite a bit of hassle a couple of times. They used to have a customisable client app (rather than the full install) that you could put your own colours/logo/text on and host on your own site which was pretty good - not sure if they still do that now. |

I've used it in a pinch a few times. Our clients are normally under Kaseya or have our LogMeIn on their servers/workstations. Rarely use it for work. For personal use (my own computers, friends, clients, etc.) LogMeIn. My friends and family trust me enough to have the software installed on their machines to help them out. I usually one go to TeamViewer when it will be a one time thing and they don't have to install it on their machine.
