This is Daisy. She's 11, turning 12 this December. She's my best friend and best hunting buddy. This pic was of her last hunt. I think she knew it was going to be her last because after dad and me picked up the decoys she walked up, sat next to me, and looked at me with the joy of a puppy in her eyes. I will lose it when she leaves this world. |

His eyes weren't crossed but he was a little retarded. Friends of ours had a cat they'd rescued as a kitten when she'd had a horrific eye infection. They don't know if that's what crossed her eyes or what but she also had a BAD underbite and her tongue hung out all the time. AND she was taken for a spin in the dryer (accidentally) and was never the same when she came out. But we used to put a piece of ham or something on the table and watch her paw about 3 inches to the right of it trying to find it. Great fun. |
