im in the market for a watch with a digital compass, and see way too many choices. anybody know a good watch i should look for?  nothing too cheap, but not real expensive either, as ill probably break it in the sandbox anyway.

Suunto Observer...

We got issued these and it's worked well.  although I wouldn't totally rely on the compass.  I'd use it for a reference or back-up only.

I have a new casio pro-trek and I love it.  Solar, digital and analog, titanium, altimter, barometer, compass, etc, etc.
