It depends on the murdering bastard himself. If he abruptly decides to stop murdering people, cuts the rifle up and throws it in various rivers and then goes about being a regular joe-shmo, they'll never catch him. If he continues murdering people he'll probably get caught based on the laws of probability. He'll either make a mistake or somebody will see him. Just my .02 cents. Out of curiosity, does MD or VA have a death penalty? |
