Forging done by IMBEL in Brazil. NM prefix in the SN of the pistol indicated finish machining and assembly in US.

madarcher',
before my rep from the glock section comes over here, i am crazy for short/about four or so inch guns! i shoot better with them.
i have an SA compact that is dead on. not by me, of course, but by my first chl instructor; seven rounds, one ragged hole @ 30-35 yards w/remington umc. NM s/n.

i have a champion w/f i brazil in front of the trigger guard. more accurate than me. it has a ramped barrel which bothers some people but i don't notice any difference.

eta
trps are nice, i have a few. i'm sure there is someone making "souped up" champion size guns. maybe springfield does via custom shop. i don't recommend outside the family(SA)do to the warranty and outstanding customer service.
