It's a good possibility that your existing extractor is in need of adjustment. Most likely needs to be tightened up.
http://m1911.org/technic2.htm I'm afraid you may have jumped out of the frying pan into the fire with the Masen extractor. Masen parts are mostly unmitigated junk. Since the extractor is no place to skimp, something like the EGW, C&S, or Wilson bulletproof extractor would have been a better pick. |
