Take it to the range and see how it shoots.  I have a Colt project gun that is absurdly accurate, even though the rear sight is drifted a lot more than that in your picture.

Milled ak factories don't sight in guns the end user does. The whack a sight into a dovetail till it looks pretty close to center and send it out the door. Most shooters will find fix sighted guns will not shoot perfectly centered for windage and may have to tap left or right to get the proper poi. Sort of depends what type of shooter you are. I grew up shooting bullseye and windage better be perfect at long range -50 yard- for a defensive gun or something where every target is a big run and gun at ten yards no big deal if wind is a hair off

Pretty sure they sight them somehow, my SA GI is slightly further to left and it shoots pretty much POA at 25yds.

If your front sight is in a dovetail it may not be centered, so the rear sight won't be centered either. Go shoot it before you worry about it.

The gun will really only be used for personal protection at work and home defense and everyday carry. So I'm sure it will be fine
