[ARCHIVED THREAD] - 1911 value

I'm thinking of selling my Springfield Mil-Spec 1911A1, to finance the purchase of the Loaded version. My question is, what is a fair price for it? It's in great (I'd say 95-98%) condition, and has approx. 1000 rounds through it. Only modification is a two-piece, full length guide rod. No box or paperwork, though. So, any ideas on a price? Thanks, guys.

There are pretty strict rules about selling anything outside of the EE.
