I guess it doesn't exist.

I don't know of any. I'm not a big fan of conversions. For close to what you pay for a conversion, you can buy a nice 22lr pistol. Then you have a gun designed to shoot the rimfire cartridge. The dedicated 22 will 9 times out of 10, be more accurate & function better than a coversion. For practice, you should shoot same chambering you plan to carry/use. Then you adjust to recoil, weight, report, etc.. of your defense/carry weapon.

Just my $.02

I would agree if I had unlimited funds for practice ammo.  I shoot 200 to 250 rounds a week.  I would like to be able to double that, but it would get a little to expensive.  I figured if I had a 22 conversion I could shoot 200 rounds of 22 ammo to get more practice on trigger control, target transitions,  and shooting on the move.  Then I would follow up with 200 rounds to adjust back to normal recoil and report.   A lot more practice with minimal added cost.
If I get a 22 pistol it would have a completely different trigger pull and point of aim, but I guess that would be better than not shooting.

If they made a conversion for my Sig 239, I would buy it.  I have a conversion for my 1911 Kimber and it shoots great,.

I had a .22 conversion for my Glock because I could use the same holster and mag carriers. I didn't care for the conversion magazines though. They're a bit of a pain to load after awhile. I traded it for a Browning Buckmark and haven't looked back. All of this means nothing since I've never seen a SIG conversion. Good luck. It's all trial and error finding the stuff that works to your liking.
