| A friend of mine has a 625-4 he's considering getting rid of. It's got a 4" barrel and is 45 acp. Looks like it has original rubber factory grips. Used but in good condition it's a shooter not a show piece. I had told him last year if he ever wanted to sale it let me know first. I've wanted one for some time, what's a good price to offer? |

Pictures would help. IIRC the 625-4 is pre lock but has a frame mounted firing pin. If it's in good condition I would say it might be worth 700-800 dollars depending on condition and use.
The 625 is no longer the dominate revolver in the Revolver Division of USPSA but can still play. IDPA just change their revolver rules (Combining SSR and ESR into one division) but it just went into effect so we have to wait and see if the changes are going to make the 625 competitive or not in that sport. I suspect the 625 will be in a position to be very competitive if note dominate IDPA Revolver. I have a 625 with the 5" barrel it's the fastest reloading revolver you will ever shoot. I really enjoy shooting mine. |
