Have they fixed partial reset problem on the "D" series of the 738 TCP?

Also what changes did Taurus make going from the C to D models?

I have a "D" model TCP and it definitely has a false reset that you can hear and feel. I wish it didn't, but it really doesn't bother me as I treat the trigger like DAO revolver trigger and let it all the way out before pulling it again.

My TCP has proven to be totally reliable, but if you are a reset rider when you shoot pistols, the trigger may make it a no-go for you.

I just bought a D model on Saturday. After getting it home, I found the videos on this false trigger issue.
I tested my gun and it does not have this issue. I've cycled and pulled the trigger several times. It does not have that reset click.

I've got an earlier model and it's got the false reset. I think it's like a halfcock position.
Do they have a retrofit?
