I havn't had to adjust the sights on mine, but it shouldn't be too hard.  First make sure the gun is unloaded (it sounds obvious I know)Remove the slide.  Put the slide in a vice, but make sure to cushion the slide so the vice doesn't mark it up.  A piece of leather should do the job.  Use a punch, preferably made of something fairly soft like brass, and a small hammer carefully tap the sight over.  Reassemble and take it to the range.  Repeat as needed.

Hope this helps.  And yes, moving the rear sight to the right should do the trick.

You will move the rear sight in the direction you wish to change the bullets impact to.

I use Brownells gunsmithing hammer with changeable inserts such as brass, plastic & steel so as to not mar the finish. It also includes a neat little brass punch specifically for sight adjusting. Whole thing retails for around $12-15. Handy little SOB.

I had the same problem escept my 92F shot consistly low/left. I bought an adjustable rear sight from Ajax for 39.95 and now it's dead on. I did not to be banging my sight guess. one or two clicks and it's zeroed in
