It will work.  It does stick out at the bottom and for me, my pinky hangs over the grip and on the mag.

I've used a number of my factory 15 rounders in my Compact with not one single problem.

Work fine, and are probably better for reloads than the 13rd mags.  If you get in a rush with the 13rd mag, you may catch a bit of meat on your hand by pinching it between the floorplate and grip when you insert a shorter 13rd mag. The 15rd mags can't pinch because they leave a gap between the grip and floorplate.  And if you need a reload, you might as well get as many rounds in the gun at once anyway.

Of course the 15 round mags don't work at all in the single stack compact.

Yes, Model 92 Type M Compact. 4.3" barrel, 8 shot mag. Mfg from 1998-2003.

Best suited for those with smaller hands, IMO.
