Where can I get a manual that gives detailed instructions on how to completely take apart the Beretta 92f? Thanks.

Shoot me your email address and I will send you a .pdf of the -20M&P for this pistol.  Has all you want to ever know.

Look at the sticky at the top of this forum. It has video on how to do what you wanting to do. I did several spring swap-outs myself using these & saved myself about $75+ in gunsmithing fees!

You can also click-n-save those vids for use later.

Those videos are such a huge help, but be careful of the minor differences between his pistol and a 92F. Take the "Removing mainspring (changing for 'D' spring)" video for instance. That lanyard loop pin is rolled in a 92F and has to be punched out with NO pressure applied to the loop.
Actually that might be the only thing...and yes, i learned the hard way with my 92F lanyard loop pin. My work table has some deep indentations from that dang loop.
