I think adjutable sights were available from the factory. I'm sure they're available aftermarket. If you're going to go for aftermarket sights then you want either a brigadier or a vertec because they have front sights that can be replaced. |
grip is different, straight down the backstrap versus slightly curved on the regular. and the barrel is a slight bit shorter and is almost flush with the end of the slide. also the vertec has a rail built in, not sure of that is offered on a normal FS  92FS Vertec assembled 96G slide/barrel (which is what a normal 92fs would look like too) above it |
Where the sights are concerned, the Vertec and Brigadier have a dovetail for the front sight while the other slides have the front sight as a single piece with the slide and the loop over the barrel is too thin to cut a dovetail into. The other differences with the Vertec are that it has a rail for a flashlight, a smaller grip, a reduced reach trigger and a stainless barrel on both the regular and Inox (stainless) guns. |
