Generally they perform badly, 9mm velocity not being enough for reliable expansion. The only reason to use them would be if they were cheaper than FMJ, or if you lived in NJ, with their law forbidding JHPs. If I lived where JHPs were illegal I would look at Federal's EFMJ first. BSW |
