I saw these used and was wonder if there is any difference that would justify the higher price of the FS.

The FS is the same as an F except that it was modified so that the rear of the slide cannot come off the rear of the frame in the even that it ever cracked and separated.

As for why the FS would cost more, the F is simply an older pistol.

the left is a 92F slide and the right is a 92FS slide
as you can see there is a notch cut on the bottom of the 92FS
this is so the slide should it break free from the frame while shooting wont
come back and hit the shooter in the face. you can not use a 92F slide on a 92FS frame
unless you change out the hammer pin to the older style. there are a few other upgrades on the 92FS.
