| Has anyone here try triple K mags? Any issues? I'm hesitant because of the cheap price. I want a couple 10 rounders, so I'll probably pick up some power mags, but saw the Triple K's at $17 a piece or 2 for $30 through Cabelas and was curious. |

Avoid - I learned this lesson the hard way. I bought several from Cabelas to use with my Springfields (Loaded and GI models) and both hated that mag. I got them on sale a few years ago for around 9 or 10 bucks each (the 7 rounders) and ended up giving them to the guy in the next firing lane.
None of the other mags hick-up'd at all, and the four triple K mags failed constantly - as in each time they were used and in both guns! My other mags (at the time) were the springfield OEM mags and a wilson 47d. Over the years i have tried every mag i could get my hands on and the Triple K mags stick out in my mind as the worst. I now use only Wilson and checkmate mags, but I wish I knew then about Tripp rebuild kits. I would have liked to see how they would have worked in the crappy Triple K mag bodies. Plus, i have to point out (as my brother did years ago when I told him about those mags): KKK mags? Really? Raaaaayyyy-cist!

i bought a pair for my Browning Buckmark. Neither magazine locked when inserted into the magwell and the sharp feed lips will abrade your thumb even when pulling down on the follower. Also avoid USA brand mags.
