I've bought mags from them twice, no problems. Don't remember them being super fast, but I never had to call or email them either.

Ive ordered in the past with no problems. However I got 2 wrong mags from them friday. Ordered 15 round Browning mags, got 15 round Taurus mags instead. Just emailed them this morning, will let you know how good they are about resolving this.
