The pistol itself, not much: couple-few k. The pistols themselves aren’t rare; what is rare are the accessories. How much of the entire “kit” do you have (i.e. storage crate, holster, stock, mags [especially the snail drums], tools, etc.)? My grandfather brought home the entire kit and a long time ago it was appraised at >$30k…granted, selling it (which I’ll never do) is another thing. Antique firearm prices seem to have been softer/ending over the past few years. |

oh sure sure, and saying Rock Island Auction is a good reference point for prices makes just as much sense. Simpson is absolutely bleeding edge overpriced stuff for the sucker who can't take the time to find it anywhere else. Knock a third off their prices and you will be closer. |
