I received one of these in a trade and was wondering if it is "rare" or worth much more than a regular g19.

I read somewhere that Glock only imported 2000 of them to help meet demand several years back. I have seen a few on Gunbroker sell for over $1000 so they have a little collectability. I bought 2 myself from a shop that didn't know they were marked. I pointed it out but they didn't care so I got both for $500 each.

That is my experience for what it is worth.

I have an nearly mint June '88 G19 with Austrian marks. It's one of the first year, first few months of G19 production, still worth less than a new Gen4 G19. To me it's priceless, it was made the year I graduated high school.

I have one Gen 3 with the Austrian proofs.

It's not all that old, and kind of a cool Glock version IMO.

As for its price, I'd guess not too different then a normal G19....but not sure.

I like mine and wish I could find another.  No reason in particular other than liking proof marks.

Cool.

My first Glock was a Feb. '88 G19 and I wouldn't take anything for it.
