| Can you guys either post pics or links to pics of great polished and matched up barrel/frame combos? I'm wondering how much polishing I can get away with in my Kimber Custom II having never done any of that sort of thing before. I wanted good examples before I even consider doing the work. |
No doubt this isn't going to be the best job you'll ever see, but it's all I have a photo of at the moment. Just out of curiosity, why polish the ramp? If the gun is running fine, you'd probably be well advised to just leave it alone for a few tens of thousands of rounds. If you're having feeding problems, chances are the real cause lies elsewhere anyway. |
