I picked up a Russian Makarov with 2 mags for $100. The bbl is fairly worn. The round has a lot of slop in the chamber. Is it worth changing the bbl out and if so, how difficult is it to do? This isn't a carry piece, just a fun gun to play with.

Shoot it first.  If it is accurate enough for a fun gun, don't waste your time and money in changing the barrel.  If it doesn't meet your standards (as lond as they are reasonable) see makarov.com for the all the info and parts you need.
