I have Steve's rod in my Stainless, SP01 no problems at all with them.

Thanks eerw! BTW...I thought he did'nt make one for the SP01 (per his Site)...could you give me some details on the one you have? I would be interested in one for my SP01 as well.

He doesn't. He made some per my specs which are such a tight tolerance that some fit and some needed about about 5 minutes of fitting work. Too many people returned them because they didn't drop in. so Steve dropped them from his line up.

the ones that Steve made for me use a replacement recoil spring, not the flat wire spring that comes with an SP01. Angus sells a guide rod that fits the flatwire spring if thats the way you want to go.

LMK..I should be able to still get some from Steve if interested.



the top is an oversize rod Steve made for me,
the second is a drill rod guide rod a friend made for me as a prototype
the third is a CZ Custom rod
the fourth and fifth are Steve's stainless rods that he made for me.
