Looking for the best value under $1K
I have a Dan Wesson PT-CBOB and though about another but it seems the only similar option is the V-BOB for $1500+ I really like the SA Range Officer but would like a Commander length also don't need the adj. sight. What are your recommendations? Thank you |

| I just purchased a Colt Combat Elite (Enhanced) for well under $1k new. All the newer ones I've handled have been fantastic in the fit/finish department and they also now have the memory/speed bump on the grip safety, which is the one thing I hated about the earlier XSE CE's....... |

What he said. Mine completely changed my opinion of Colt. Now I want a few more.
