| Could someone with a subscription there please tell me the current value of a 95% Union Switch & Signal 1911? |

Are ALL the parts correct? It may have the original finish but if the barrel is replaced the price can drop considerably.
I'd say right around $3300.00-$3500.00 if 100% correct is what it would actually sell for and very close to actual worth. To get the $4500-$5500 prices, you really need to be 98% or better because that brings out the collectors who WILL nitpick it very carefully for that kind of money. Few "want one 1911" guys will be interested in spending that kind of money. |

Quoted: be careful don't short change yourself...the blue book although a guide is just that....a guide.....I am seeing stuff sell for very high prices..... Yeah, I havent seen the blue book buy any guns in a long time, or ever. Easiest was to check approximate value is to searched completed auctions on gunbroker. This will get you a closer estimate of value. of course probably wont find too many US&S 1911's...

I'm pretty sure I've got original parts, the worn parts are the slide marks and the safety. I know it's got a few rounds through it, but probably less than 50. I'll take pics in a couple weeks. |
