I was looking on Browning's website at the High Power's and saw they had a smaller sidearm and I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about it than what was there: browning.com/products/catalog/firearms/detail.asp?value=007B&cat_id=051&type_id=251 |

I'd seen a few photo's of the new pistol also. I had considered a FN forty niner because I had seen'm on gunbroker so cheap. The few posts I could find on the FN forty niner said it had a very heavy trigger pull, and some light strike fail to fire problems. Also searching the web I could'nt find anyone who carried spare mags for it. Maybe the new Pro 9 corrected the heavy trigger of the forty niner and other short comings it may of had. I ended up ordering a Steyr S9 this week. The Steyr will be my first DA pistol. I've always favored SA. We'll be able to carry here in Ohio soon so I figured I'd try one of the new fangled DA.pistols The Steyr was pretty cheap as far as pistols go. I figure I'll end up carring one of my Browning H.P's or 45's though. |
