I have a little bit of cash to play with and I thought investing in a new (to me anyway) pistol. CDNN investments seem to have great deals on Sig, Glock, and Beretta police trade-ins. I think primarily i am interested in buying a Sig 220 or 226 in 9mm. Has anyone dealt with this company? If they advertise their pistols as very good to excellent, are they as described when they arrive? Anyone purchased a police-trade in Glock from them? First hand expericences are greatly appreciated, Second hand experiences will work to. Thanks

As was I. I bought a trade-in 226 that came from CDNN when they first hit the shelves. Like all police gear it was carried all the time and only shot once. It had holster wear, but that was about it. Spend the extra $20 or whatever and get one with night sights. |
$20 extra for night sights? Wow, brand new sights? |
Actually it's $10 for night sights, $20 is for a hand picked gun. I just got a Sig 226 trade in from them a couple weeks ago. It's actually one of the Sig certified preowned guns. I got the night sights and an extra mag for mine, all for right about $400. The night sights weren't original Sig, some kind of aftermarket I think, but they still work. Gun was in grear shape, shoots good too. |
| I ordered one of their used Sig 226's about a month ago. I went ahead and paid the extra for "handpicked" and the nightsights. Very happy with my purchase. Only slight holster wear on the slide. On advice from some of the posters on the Sigforum, I asked for Jerry. I was told he actually goes back to the gunroom and will pick out the best gun he can find from a bunch of them. He did me right anyways. I called Sig and mine is indeed a Sig Certified gun. Sig has extended their 2 hi cap magazine and hat deal for $20 so you can't go wrong! |
