My Kahr CW9 developed a problem yesterday after a trip to the range where when pulling the trigger, the sear will break and the trigger will continue to travel rearward and click again. It's almost as if it's breaking again but without the resistance. I can't for the life of me figure out what this could be as I've stripped the gun down, cleaned everything and reassembled and it still does it.

OP what is your round count on the gun? |
| I did call Kahr. However, you're high if you think VA is close. Anyway, they said my trigger bar was slipping during dryfire but isn't and issue during firing because the slide will be in motion putting tension on it. However I'll probably get it fixed because I can't conduct effective dry fir training with this issue. They said I could send it in and it would cost $50 for parts and labor. I think I'll just buy a new trigger bar from the Kahr website and install it myself since its a $14 part. I'll probably replace all the springs too while I'm at it. |

I am contemplating buying a CW9. |
