Anyone have one?  Shoot one?  Impressions?

I'm looking for something in 9mm for my fiance.  Found one at the fun store/range for 355$ new.  I could probably work him down to 300$ OTD.  Good price?

Fiance doesn't like the USPc .40 recoil that much.  So, I am looking for inexpensive options for her to go to the range with me.  The MkII is cheap to shoot, but I'd like her to practice on something a little bigger.

are you specifically looking for a subcompact?  otherwise i suggest looking at the cz75 compact series.  they will run around $450.  i find it hard to believe that a new 2075 is going for $355 when the msrp is $510 for the polymer and $576 for the alloy.  i haven't seen them online for less than $460.

but for cheap and utterly reliable i would suggest the ruger p series.  they are not nearly as comfortable as a cz75 but for sub $375 pistols they are extremely hard to beat.  and they are as accurate as any other combat pistol.

I have one in 9mm. I love it, very easy to concel and shoots like a champ. I still love my 1911 but perfer my RAMI.

The Rami is not a polymer framed pistol. This is a language/printing error. The Rami is forged AL lower that is coated with a polymer film, the finish is +1.

My little Rami will eat anything but Cor BON Bon's. I polished the ramp and knocked the edge off the bottom of the ramp. That is all it has required.

All in all it is a fine pistol and I would not hesitate to buy another by the way I payed full retail and still think it was a deal. That being said I will be buying another as my wife has decided to confiscate mine.

AS a sidenote my wife took a CCL class and had not fired a pistol in over 20 years. After 15 minutes of instruction she qualified with a very good score. Point being is that it shoots easily and is accurate for a 3 inc  barrel.

There is a CZ Rami forum on the net, check it out.

The tag said new $355.  I figured if it was a good deal I was going to go pick it up.  I hadn't seen any others at any of my gun stores.  I just saw one at Gander Mountain, it was $525 for the .40, new.  So I thought that might be a heck of a deal...  I might just have to make a trip over there and put off my AR build, again.

The RAMI does indeed come with a Polymer frame, or you can still get the older alloy frame.

It is my carry gun.  I got it when they first came out.  .40 has a sharp kick but nothing bad.  9mm is real tame.  I recomend them to all of my friends.

Sorry my mistake. They introduced the new polymer frame at the latest Shot Show. I have not been to the CZ website for about 6 months.

I am interested in getting one of these.  We'll see.
