HK specifically states on their website that "caliber conversions are not authorized by HK".

I have a P2000SK .357SIG and I would like to buy a .40S&W barrel for it.  I assume this would void my warranty?

Has anyone experienced any problems shooting .40 out of their P2000 .357 or vice versa?

I highly doubt that HK would void your warranty with a .40 to .357 sig conversion or vice versa as long as you use their barrels.  <–– Applicable only to the USPc, P2000, and P2000sk.

You should have zero reliability problems with the conversion.

They only state that for liability reasons, since they can't control the components that comprise a caliber conversion.

I have done the 40 to .357 conversion on my USPC and P2K.  Just get a barrel and drop it in.  No worries.  And don't worry about your warranty.  As said, that is a CYA statement of if an aftermarket barrel is used, or a conversion done that is not the greatest of ideas, like a .40 to 9mm conversion, then when something gets damaged, like the extractor breaks, HK is off the hook for a warranty repair if they so desire.
