I have a Glock 21 and was wondering about getting the Mechtech carbine conversions.  Have any of you guys used them?

What kind of quality/accuracy do they have?

I've never shot one but I did handle one a few months ago.  I was suprised at the quality the conversion appeard to have.  There are at least two generations out now.  The newer one can accept sliding stocks.

i just got one for my g17
i have not shot it yet but it seems to be well made.
there is a local range that rents them and they said they run very well.
the one on the shelf was really beat up but still worked.
i asked the guy how many rounds it had through it and he said, "a ton"
if they can withstand the abuse of a rental's life i wanted to try one out.
i will post results as they come in.

How is the reliability on these conversions? Length of pull seems kind of long. Any measurements on the length of pull? How about the cheek weld? Comfortable? Can they also feed hollow points reliably? I'm still waiting on good reliable Glock 9mm carbine or at least one the takes Glock magazines. Don't know when Microtech is coming out with their AUG bullpup version but it seems like a good setup.
