Are the 10rd mags any good? Was thinking of getting several for my Kimber.

They have worked great for me.  Their customer service is outstanding.  I just had a 8 rd powermag start failing to fall free from the mag well.  They had me send it back, and within a week, they sent me a brand new one, no charge!  Thats what i call outstanding customer service.  They stand by their products and fix them with no questions asked - I will be buying plenty more powermags.

Well now I am leaning towards Wilson Combat mags. They seem to tend to be a little more $, but overall reputation kicks the crap out of McCormick as best I can tell. Thanks for the comments though

Beware of reputation vs hype.  The Wilson's are great and I use them but have found my Power Mags to be every bit as tough and reliable.  Main difference for me is the price.

Who has good prices on these? I have two 8 rounders and I'd like more...

Midway USA has PowerMags for <$20 each.
(Regular price.)

They had the Wilson 47Ds for that price in May, but the sale ended a couple of days ago.

+1 for Midway USA

SPG might have some more CMC 10rnders--they had the best price NIW for em that i ever found

another place to look: Ebay and the EE

i prefer the WC 47Ts 10rners over the CMCs though...i had one 1911 that had some problems w/ the CMC--but thats just me

I know a guy who shoots & trains others to shoot for a living.  When I bought a 1911 he told me to buy CMC mags.  I bought both the eight and ten round magazines and they have been perfect.
