I have a .40 USPc that I bought during the days of the Clinton ban. I have two 10 rd mags. Is there anyway to convert these mags to standard capacity or will they forever be Clintonized? Thanks.

Easier to buy new standard cap mags and sell the 10rd ones to us poor people in anti gun states.

Unless you're gonna cut the mag bodies & Tig weld a new body to the bottom of one, no, there's no real way of making them "normal".
Buy new mags & keep the 10rd mags for range work or when shooting Production class in IPSC.

Ditto. If they could be easily changed the ATFE would not have allowed them during the ban.

I use my old 10 rounders at the range, get more reloading in my drills that way.

IIRC, if you have a USPc 9mm, the 10 round .40 mags will hold 13 9mm. It is the only reason I have not gotten rid of my 10 rounders, I figure one day I will pick up a 9mm as well.
