My neighborhood ffl buddy has a Colt Cobra in he's trying to sell for a friend of his. 2 in barrel. The serial number dates it to 1969, its in decent shape, shows some carry wear, trigger/lockup feels good. $375 a good price?

Yes, that is a very good price. Most likely carried lots and shot little as was the case back then.
