Trying to help a friend of a friend that had her husband pass away recently. I have not seen it in person but have seen a pic. It is .357, blued, 6" and apparently was only fired on one occasion then put away. I don't know if she has the box & papers or not.
According to the serial number it was made in 1983 and there were about 26,000 made that year. I have never owned one but have looked at Gunbroker for her and see values from $900 up to $3000 for some of the rarer models. We all know asking vs. selling prices are two different things but what should I tell her to ask for it assuming this is just a standard model with nothing fancy or rare about it? |
