I bought a front, fiber optic from them, but it didn't fit well on my 9mm Commander (my fault).  They suggested I return the slide to them so they could have a look at it.

Got it back today with a properly fit sight...at no charge.
Excellent customer service.

I described the custom dovetail over the phone initially.  Didn't send the slide, so they went on what I told them.

The sight I got just fit a little too high in the dovetail.

I emailed a pic, they said to send the slide, and they'd refit it.

Total turnaround time was less than two weeks.  Gotta love that.
