I need a small of the back, Inside the waistband holster. I have a couple but they both ride too low making it a challenge to draw very well. Any suggestions? If not small of the back, whats your favorite location for carry?

Here's Mitch Rosen's ARG-DL, for about 155 bucks:

www.mitchrosen.com  This is what I believe may meet your parameters as stated.  Pricey, but good quality.

A good compromise between functionality and price is FIST:

www.fistholsters.com/holsters/holster/20.htm
This is their #20 Adjustable IWB.  I used one for a year and a half, and liked it very much.  It's also less than half the price of the Rosen.

I generally wear an IWB holster slightly behind the strong side hip,.  I prefer a high ride, and to not have the holster move.  I would have my suit trousers' tailored to fit the pistol/holster combination, with the belt loops placed to butt up against the holster loops to hold the holster firmly in place.

I would avoid a SOB holster for safety reasons, such as back injury if you happen to fall.  Also take into cosideration weapon retention.  I prefer strong-side IWB, just slightly behind or on the seam of the pants.  The most comfortable IWB holster I have found is the Milt Sparks Executive Companion.

I use IWB.  The lower riding the better....I find this a bonus, not a problem.

Practice drawing a lot....this will solve 99% of your problem.

The low ride is especially important with "officer-sized" models.   The short barrel doesn't allow a lot of "bounce" support"

Carry location: immediately behind my right hip bone (i.e., hammer at about the seam of my jeans).

I also say you should stay away from SOB holsters.  They are unsafe, tend to print more, and slow down your draw.  When I carry IWB, I use a Galco Royal Guard strong side just behind my hip.

You might check out www.galls.com.  They are geared toward law enforcement and have rigs that have been offered and used for several years by professionals.  Also, most of the manufacturers of holsters offer at least one model of SOB rigs.  Check to see if you can find a good, comfortable nylon rig that is well padded.  Tactically, a SOB holster gives an element of surprise in many situations.  I always think of the face to face street situation where someone wants your wallet.  In the perfect scenario, you act as though you are reaching around to retrieve your wallet, and pull out a boatload of potential hurt for your assailant.  Of course, there are other things to consider in this textbook situation, but with some foresight and practice, you should be able to assuage most situations should they arise.
As far as the safety issue of possible back injury...if you have an adjustable cant, you can mitigate the potential by canting the firearm towards a non-center position of the back.  This depends greatly on the type of firearm that you are carrying and your physical makeup.  One SOB holster will work fine for one person, and another person's build will be different thus cancelling out any benefits of that rig.  If you live near a police supply shop, you can visit them and ask for assistance.  Sometimes it's good to have a police buddy go along...some of these police supply shop owners are rather arrogant towards non leo's.
