has anyone dealt with this company, or know anyone who has?  Thinking about getting my Glock 19C done when I get it next week...

i've had no problems with their product. on several revolvers.
for a glock, consider the lasermax.  it replaces the quide rod in the pistol.  no adjusting necessary.
i have one in a mod 22, no problems.  mcole

C4iGrant seems to like them alot. He has them on all his pistols and has just become a dealer. I would send him an IM or email.

I haven't dealt with the company, but I've purchased two grips for my revolvers from the E.E. board here.
I have them on a Ruger SP101, and a S&W 624(just put it on this week).
I don't like the hard grips as much as the softer rubber grips.
I just saw the Glock model in their catalog.
They do a bit of carving on your Glock to make it all fit, but it looks pretty compact and seamless.
The problem would be finding a holster that it would fit in with the small protrusion in front of the trigger guard.
I can't see putting this on a gun with a rail (if it's even possible), but on the small Glocks I could see it.

I don't know about you, but the gun pictured above wouldn't fit my holster.

Lasermax is the way to go with glocks.  A local PD who i work with has glock 23's with lasermax guide rods.  An officer let me take a look at his and it was quality.  The blinking red dot really helps you see it in daylight and really gets the targets attention as well.  I think that intimidation is the primary reason for a laser sight anyway as it should not be a substitute for proper shooting technique.  But it sure would be scarry as shit to have that red dot flashing on your chest.

I'll look into the lasermax system in that case, thanks everyone.
