I was thinking of clamping my G19 frame in a vise and going to town on it with a dremel and sandpaper to remove the finger nubbins and reduce the grip size. I was thinking of stippling it afterwards.
Anything I should know before attempting this project? I had some concerns about breaking into the backstrap channel, but then thought I could fill it with something if that happened. Is this a valid concern? |

Wouldn't it be better to obtain a pistol that fits you better? I only ask because this mod will reduce the value of your glock, and may weaken the grip. I'm not saying its a horrible idea, just that once you do this the resale value plummets. If you are cool with that, then go for it, but go slow and remember that you really can't put material back once its removed.
